Valiant Guitars have their origins in a small workshop specializing in custom guitar crafting, founded by two brothers who have been engaged in guitar making for over 30 years.
For most of their lives, the Gavrilenko brothers have served the music community as respected luthiers with a deep understanding of musicians’ needs. Furthermore, being skilled musicians themselves, they were able to complement each other’s skills and create an efficient partnership capable of bringing to life the ideas of even the most demanding musicians.
The older brother, Vadym, is educated as an aerospace engineer. However, the aerospace industry did not gain another talented specialist, but the precision and exactitude characteristic of aerospace engineering found their way into the guitars. Perhaps that’s why the cosmic theme resonates with Valiant’s aesthetics.
Today, the Valiant Guitars team is primarily composed of people who love their craft deeply and believe in it wholeheartedly. The birth year of Valiant Guitars is considered to be 2020 – a year that can be described without exaggeration as a turning point for the entire world. COVID-19 in 2020 was the first challenge that befell our team, which, during the subsequent months of self-isolation, continued to refine their craftsmanship.
During this period, the team was joined by talented craftsmen, passionate individuals dedicated to their craft, and moved into their own factory – a cozy creative space equipped with everything necessary for producing high-quality instruments.
In 2022, despite a new challenge that affected the entire Ukrainian population, the Valiant team made a name for themselves at the international guitar exhibition in Mannheim, Germany. This was followed by Guitar Show 2023 in Birmingham and NAMM 2023 in Anaheim, which not only bolstered their self-belief but also brought new supporters and like-minded individuals who later became members of the young Valiant family.
Drawing upon all the accumulated experience, we have defined our mission and philosophy. We are not proponents of half-measures and understand that if something can be done to enhance the overall quality of a product or service, it should be done. Therefore, we are constantly seeking the best options for our instruments and customers, sparing no expense on details, ultimately creating increasingly reliable and sophisticated instruments.
Each customer becomes not just an instrument owner but a part of history because every instrument is a handmade work, an emotional and technical process that both our customers and we go through.
An important part of our culture is communication. Our channels are always open. Understanding the value of our customers’ time and money, risks associated with the situation in our country, we have opened offices in Germany, the USA, and England for the convenience of our customers.
We have always been averse to bureaucracy, and technology allows us to stay connected with any part of the planet 24/7. Therefore, questions, inquiries, and ideas are processed and resolved quickly within the team, with effective feedback for our customers. People have always been the most important resource in the structure of any enterprise, and for us, especially during times of war, people and their smiles are invaluable.
